RSS Player App for Korean & Hong Kong Shows [Updated May 2018]


Just over the weekend, the well-loved RSS Player has an update in link to be keyed in to make it work its magic again. If you already have the app in your box, jump straight to the section "*Adding Source Link" below to get it on track again.

The RSS Player is one of the best apps to watch your favourite Korean or Hong Kong drama series, variety shows and movies! If you have been using Icdrama in Kodi, the RSS Player works the same way like it.


INSTALLING THE APP

Option 1: With Thumbdrive

  1. Apk will auto-download when clicked on this link https://tinyurl.com/rsspl120.

  2. Copy this .apk file into your thumbdrive and insert into the tv box. Use appinstaller to install it.

Option 2: Without Thumbdrive

  1. Open web browser in your tv box, key in this URL https://tinyurl.com/rsspl120, and the apk will auto-download into tv box

  2. Find File Browser app in tv box, go to Local disk > Download. Click on the Rss Player apk that you have just downloaded.

  3. Select Install when prompted.

! The following steps will require a mouse to navigate within this app. Connect any type of mouse to the android box to use.

*ADDING SOURCE LINK

  1. Open RSS Player app and go to Channels from the top left Menu.

  2. Click "+" at the top right.

  3. Input this under the Rss link field: allrss.se/dramas. You can leave the Rss name blank. Click Add.


WATCH MOVIES AND SHOWS

  1. Click back to go back to the Home page or select Home from the top left Menu.

  2. Click on Asian Channels.

  3. Click on a show that you want to watch.

  4. A list of different resolutions will load, choose Picasa 720 whenever available.

  5. An advertisement will pop up, click back once, click on Picasa 720 again. The movie will start to play.

There are actually more than just Korean and Hong Kong shows within this app; Taiwan, Japanese and Chinese are available as well.

Thank you.

Instructions are simple and easy to follow. Read carefully and then follow the steps. You would get there.

I have got the apps installed was asked to add a RSS Link. I went reading materials relating to the apps. I tried several recommendations and getting no where.

I gave myself a last try here and succeeded in getting the link done. And have the RSS Player working.
